Kudrat Nurmatov

Professional Experience:

26 years in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking
Prior to founding the firm Kudrat had co-lead M&A advisory practice at Crowe Russaudit and Baker Tilly Russaudit – Russian member firms of respective top-10 international audit and advisory networks – for 12 years
Kudrat’s extensive track record in M&A and Corporate Finance includes top management positions at PE fund and textile arm of a large conglomerate.
Kudrat has work experience in Russia, Uzbekistan and the United States

Ruslan Izmaylov

Nikita Katiev, CFA

Senior Manager

Professional Experience:

11 years in finance and investments.
Nikita spent early years of his career at Big 4 audit firm in Moscow
Prior to joining the team Nikita worked at Central Bank of Russia where he was responsible for overseeing mutual funds market
Extensive expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation
Nikita has work experience in Russia and France
